- Customers may request a 100% refund within 14 calendar days of purchase

- Once any service work, setup, or project execution has started, the order becomes non-refundable
- All third-party costs, tools, subscriptions, and processing fees are non-refundable once incurred
- Clients are responsible for reviewing all submitted information carefully before confirming their order
- Cancellation requests must be submitted within the 14-day period and prior to the start of processing
- Our team is available to assist with pre-processing cancellation or modification requests
- Partial refunds may be granted at the sole discretion of MediaNest, depending on the stage of service completion
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days
