  • Customers may request a 100% refund within 14 calendar days of purchase
  • Refunds are only applicable if cancellation is made before any service processing has begun
  • Once any service work, setup, or project execution has started, the order becomes non-refundable
  • All third-party costs, tools, subscriptions, and processing fees are non-refundable once incurred
  • Clients are responsible for reviewing all submitted information carefully before confirming their order
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted within the 14-day period and prior to the start of processing
  • Our team is available to assist with pre-processing cancellation or modification requests
  • Partial refunds may be granted at the sole discretion of MediaNest, depending on the stage of service completion
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days
  • This policy ensures a fair, transparent, and efficient service process for all clients
